2. Services Description
badek.id provides:
- Physical SIM cards (prepaid) for tourists and visitors to Indonesia
- eSIM (digital SIM) for compatible devices
- Various data packages with different validity periods
- Pickup service at designated locations (airports, stores)
3. Eligibility
To purchase our products, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide valid identification (passport for foreign nationals)
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Have a device compatible with Indonesian networks (for SIM cards) or eSIM-compatible device (for eSIMs)
4. Registration and Identity Verification
You agree to:
- Provide a clear photo of your passport
- Provide your device's IMEI number (dial *#06# to find it)
- Ensure all provided information is accurate and truthful
- Understand that false information may result in service termination
5. Orders and Payment
5.1 Order Process
- Select your desired package
- Fill in the required information
- Complete payment through our secure payment gateway
- Upload required documents (passport photo, IMEI)
- Receive confirmation and pickup QR code
5.2 Payment
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
- Payment is processed securely through Midtrans
- Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order creation
- Orders with expired payment will be automatically cancelled
5.3 Promo Codes
- Promo codes are subject to availability and validity period
- Only one promo code can be used per order
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers
- We reserve the right to cancel orders with fraudulent promo code usage
6. Pickup and Activation
- SIM cards must be picked up at designated locations within 7 days of order
- Present your QR code and passport at the counter
- SIM cards are activated upon pickup
- eSIMs are delivered digitally and activated upon installation
7. Refund Policy
- Before Pickup: Full refund available if requested within 24 hours of payment
- After Pickup: No refund for activated SIM cards
- eSIM: No refund once the eSIM QR code has been sent
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
8. Service Limitations
Our SIM cards and eSIMs:
- Are for personal use only
- Work within Indonesia coverage area
- Have validity periods as stated in the package description
- May have speed throttling after fair usage limits
- Cannot be used for illegal activities
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the SIM card in compliance with Indonesian laws
- Not use the service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
- Keep your SIM card secure and report loss immediately
- Not resell or transfer the SIM card to others
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of badek.id and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for network outages or coverage issues beyond our control
- We are not responsible for device compatibility issues
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
